Alma Montenegro

Alma Montenegro represents California employers in all areas of labor and employment litigation. Alma has represented employees and defended employers in single-plaintiff, class and PAGA actions involving wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage and hour claims.

Prior to joining the firm, Alma worked for civil litigation firms in San Diego, Los Angeles and Fresno, where she represented both plaintiffs and defendants in labor and employment law matters, as well as general business litigation matters.

Alma is admitted to practice before all California state courts and the federal district courts in the Southern, Central and Eastern Districts of California.
